This is a north Indian recipe and taste of this is just like moong dal halwa which is difficult and take time to cook . this is very instant recipe

Step 1 :

Heat a 1 tablespoon of ghee and add cashews, raisins and fry it. Take them out of the ghee and set aside.

Step 2 :

In the same pan, add the sooji/rava and fry continuously on a medium flame till they change color to light golden.

Step 3 :

Add the milk to the roasted sooji and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. After the sooji mixture gets cooked, add the sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well.

Step 4 :

Finally add the roasted dry fruits and mix well. Remove from the flame and serve.
