Step 1 :

Roast Onion, garlic, pepper, cumin, coconut, curry leaves and dry red chillies in gingerly oil till golden brown.

Step 2 :

Leave it cool and grind them up in a mixer jar keep the paste aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Mix the paste in the tamarind soaked in warm water. Add turmeric, chili powder to the mixed water and hand ground the paste to a fluidic level.

Step 4 : For Tempering

Heat the pan, add oil Put the mustard, Cumin, Fenugreek, Curry leaves. Add the fluidic level mix to the pan and leave it for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add the freshly washed fish into the pan and leave it for 5 minutes. Add the salt and leave it to boil for 5 minutes in low medium flame.

Step 6 :

Hand round 1 tablespoon of Gingerly oil at the end.
