Step 1 :

Soak black gram dal in a bowl for 2 hours then blend in a mixture to a smooth paste

Step 2 :

Take finely sieved ragi flour in a bowl mix with grinded black gram dal, keep to ferment overnight approx. 12 hrs

Step 3 :

Add salt to the fermented batter, mix onion, coriander, chopped shepu(dill), Grated beetroot and grated carrot with batter

Step 4 :

Heat tava, spread oil of about 1 tsp than pour ladleful of batter, spread it in a circular form, smear oil over it and cook on medium flame for 5 mins

Step 5 :

Beetroot Corrot Ragi Dosa is ready

Step 6 : Serving

Serve hot with coconut chutney
