Healthy Oats Banana Chocolate Cookies

This Healthy nutritious oats cookie is made with banana, badam milk and loaded with chocolate chips.

Step 1 :

Coarsely grind the oats in a grinder. Puree the bananas or mash it to a smooth pulp with a fork.

Step 2 :

Combine all the dry ingredients oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Add the olive oil, banana puree and milk. Mix well.

Step 3 :

Grease a baking tray with little oil, pour a spoonful of the batter for each cookie leaving gaps in between. Heat convection oven to 180 degree C and bake for 12 to 15 minutes till crisp and ready.

Step 4 :

Alternatively, you can also microwave these cookies for 4 minutes for another interesting cookie texture version.

Step 5 : Note

These cookies are sweetened by the bananas and the little chocolate chips. NO ADDED SUGAR. Enjoy!

Step 6 : For Serving

Garnish with chocolate chips.
