Steps

Step 1 :

Take one ripe banana which is equal to the 3 cookies

Step 2 :

The more ripe banana is, the more sweet it is

Step 3 :

Take 5-6 spoons of normal flour and roast the flour until it turns golden in colour

Step 4 :

As soon as it is cold, mix with the ripe banana and make a dough

Step 5 :

Add a pinch of cinnamon and 1/4th spoon of coffee powder, you can add chocolate powder if it's for kids..

Step 6 :

Make cookies out of this dough and place it on the tawa (don't forget to grease the tawa) or you can oven bake it for 2-3 min just to make it little hard and non sticky

Step 7 :

On this cookie spread 1/4th spoon honey or sugar syrup or jaggery in liquid form and sprinkle the small available pieces of available dry fruit

Step 8 : For Serving

Now keep the cookies in freezer for an hour or you can serve it hot like a pancake and then it's ready to be served!
