Chop tomatoes, chop bendi and cluster beans in 3 inch long pieces. Chop the potatoes, yam, arbi, brinjals and cauliflower in big chunky pieces.

Deep fry the bendi, cauliflower and brinjal. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and asafoetida/hing. When it starts crackling, add chopped green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
Step 3

Add gram flour and fry on low flame to a nice golden color or till u get a nice aroma, keep stirring continuously on simmer. Add a glass of water and stir well. Ensure that no lumps are formed.
Step 4

Now add 4 glasses of water and let it come to boil. Add drumsticks, yam, cluster beans, arbi and let it cook on simmer till half cooked. Add potatoes, brinjal, bendi, cauliflower, broccolli and green peas.
Step 5
:
Let all the veggies cook on simmer. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and tomatoes, cook on slow flame for 5 minutes. By now, the oil should start coalescing over the stew, which indicates that the Kadhi is cooked and ready to serve.
Step 6
:
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Step 7
: For Serving
Serve sindhi kadhi hot with boiled rice or cumin rice.
