Banana Coconut Fondle

Easy-to-prepare traditional dessert. Healthy and tasty combination of banana, coconut and cardamom.

Step 1 :

Cut a banana into half. Take Half the banana and cut 6-8 slices out of it.

Step 2 :

In a pan, slightly caramelize the bananas with one tablespoon sugar.

Step 3 :

After caramlising the banana, in the same pan, add milk and after one boil add the grated coconut and one cardamom (for flavouring).

Step 4 :

Cook this mixture until the milk gets soaked in coconut and a semi dry mixture is ready.

Step 5 : For Plating

Keep the mixture in the centre and. place the caramelized banana slices on top of it. Sprinkle some grated coconut on the top and serve.
