Ingredients

4 medium Potato 150 gm Paneer

2 medium Onion 5 to 6 Cloves of Garlic

Ginger as required Green Chilli as required

1 medium Tomato 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

0.5 teaspoon Coriander Powder 0.5 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Steps

For Stuffing

Step 1 :

2 tbsp oil in pan, add 2 tbsp chopped onions. Fry till brown, add mashed paneer and broken cashew nuts, add salt, garam masala, red chilly powder. Fry for 2 mins.

For Potatoes

Step 1 :

Boil potatoes in salted water till half done. Then peel them and divide in to two halves.

Step 2 :

Scoop the half potato and make cavity to fill stuffing.

Step 3 :

Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.

Step 4 :

Fill the prepared stuffing in potatoes.

For Gravy

Step 1 :

Prepare paste of onion, ginger, garlic, chilly, and tomato.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in deep pan, add asafoetida, whole spices, cook for 1 min.

Step 3 :

Add prepared paste, cook till it releases oil. Now add powdered spices. Add little water and cook. Add curd and cook.

Step 4 :

Add salt and sugar.

Step 5 :

Make paste of leftover paneer, cashew nuts, and half cup milk, and add in to gravy.

Step 6 :

Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 7 :

Add leftover milk and little water, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 8 :

Add cream and garam masala powder.

Step 9 :

Place the stuffed potatoes in a flat dish and pour the gravy on top.

Step 10 : Garnishing

Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
