For Stuffing
2 tbsp oil in pan, add 2 tbsp chopped onions. Fry till brown, add mashed paneer and broken cashew nuts, add salt, garam masala, red chilly powder. Fry for 2 mins.
For Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water till half done. Then peel them and divide in to two halves.
Scoop the half potato and make cavity to fill stuffing.
Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.
Fill the prepared stuffing in potatoes.
For Gravy
Prepare paste of onion, ginger, garlic, chilly, and tomato.
Heat oil in deep pan, add asafoetida, whole spices, cook for 1 min.
Add prepared paste, cook till it releases oil. Now add powdered spices. Add little water and cook. Add curd and cook.
Add salt and sugar.
Make paste of leftover paneer, cashew nuts, and half cup milk, and add in to gravy.
Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
Add leftover milk and little water, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream and garam masala powder.
Place the stuffed potatoes in a flat dish and pour the gravy on top.
Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
