Make dough with whole wheat flour, add salt, add little oil, add water and knead it well.

Boil potatoes, drain all the water and mash them without any lumps.

Add little oil in a pan, add jeera, finely chopped green chilli, mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander and mix everything well and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Make small balls of the aloo stuffing. Roll out the atta and add the stuffing in the centre, then bring the roti together like making a momo, pinch and seal it at the centre.

And then turn it and roll it into a thin paratha on a dusted kitchen floor. Cook it on a hot Tawa on medium flame with a little butter.
