Steps

Step 1 :

Remove top 2 to 3 layers of cabbage and grate it finely.

Step 2 :

Fry cabbage in ghee till golden in color. Add milk an saffron and allow it to boil and thicken. When half done, add sugar, cardamom.

Step 3 :

Boil till it thickens, allow it to cool.

Step 4 : Serving

Sprinkle Chopped Badam, Pista and Serve Cold!!
