Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Bring Kolln white oats with milk and salt to the boil briefly, remove from the heat.

Step 2 :

Stir in honey and juice and let it stand covered for 3 to 4 minutes. In the meantime chop ginger and almonds.

Step 3 :

Sort the berries, rinse them and leave to drain well. Stir yogurt into the flakes. Sprinkle with berries, ginger and almonds or stir them under as you like.

Step 4 :

Serve garnished with currant panicles and fresh mint.
