Steps
Step 1 :
Seive maida, baking powder, baking soda and keep aside.
Step 2 :
Melt butter and dark compound chocolate properly in double boiler.
Step 3 :
Let it cool. Add milkmaid and mix well. Divide maida in 3 parts. Add 1 part maida and 2 tablespoon of milk and mix well.
Step 4 :
Add 2nd part and milk and mix well. Similarly add 3rd part and milk.
Step 5 :
If needed then add some more milk. Consistency should neither be thick nor be thin.
Step 6 :
Pour half of the batter in pre greased baking tin. Put 5 star chocolate on batter with equal distance.
Step 7 :
Pour rest of the batter on it. Bake for 35 minutes in pre heated oven on 170° or else bake in cooker for 40 minutes on medium flame.
Step 8 :
After the cake is done give it 5 minutes standing time. Put it out from oven sprinkle some choo chips on it and keep aside till it cools.
Step 9 :
Yummy and caramely brownie ready to eat.
