Preparation

Step 1 :

In a small mixer jar, red chilli powder, jeera, turmeric powder, garlic cloves, salt, vinegar or lemon juice then grind it till smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Clean whole mackerel fish and rub the masala (which we prepared earlier) into the mackerel fish.

Step 3 :

Take sooji rava and Rice flour and mix well then rub the mackerel fish with rubbed masala.

Step 4 :

In the medium size pan, add half liter oil and then fry mackerel fish till the color which come to dark grey and then serve it.
