Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Start with preparing methi muthiyas by adding wheat aata, besan, ajwain, green chilli paste, methi and salt. Fry small fritters.

Step 2 :

Take coconut, coriander, spring Garlic(with garlic pods) chillies, and jeera powder salt and grind to a fine paste.

Step 3 :

Add oil to a pan and deep fry potatoes, yam, sweet potatoes and eggplant for 8-10Mins, remove deep-fried veggies and layer veggies and coconut masala mix, haldi, mirchi, kitchen king masala, a bit of ajwain and salt as per taste.

Step 4 :

Close the lid and cook for 8-10 mins, once all veggies are properly cooked, add methi muthiyas and banana and cook for another 2-3 Mins.

Step 5 :

Garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves and spring garlic and serve.
