In a pressure cooker heat oil or ghee, add clove, cinnamon, cardamon let it crackle. Add meat, onion, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, salt little water and pressure cook till three whistle.

Then after meat becomes tender, add red chilli, black pepper and curd and cook with lid open. When oil start separating, add milk and cream and after sometime rose water and turn off the gas garnish it with hot ghee.
