Keep a air tight big container, hand mixer's stand & cream ready in refrigerator in high chilling mode for 3/4 hours.

Remove all the things from the refrigerator. Take the cream. Add the vanilla essence. Beat it with the hand mixer until it gets the stiff picks.

Mix the condensed milk in the cream. Beat it again with the hand mixer. Add some of the chopped almonds, pistas & the whole kesar milk in the mixture.

Beat all the things with the hand mixer. Close the lid of the airtight container. Put it in the deep fridger.
Step 5

Take out the container after 3 hours. Ice cream will be semi set. Beat the semi set ice cream with the hand mixer again.
Step 6

Add the left chopped almond & pistas on top of the ice cream. Lastly, put the container in the deep fridge for full set for whole night. Next day, serve the ice cream.
