Mix butter and pumpkin together and bake it for 15 minutes at 200 Degree.

Beat the egg with the help of a beater. Then add icing sugar, oil, baked pumpkin, maida, venila essence, baking powder, and mix together nicely. Lastly add some dry fruits.

Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check the cake with a toothpick inserted in the centre, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Let the cake cool completely in a pan for around 45 minutes or transfer it to a refrigerator for faster cooling.
