2 Cup Grated Pumpkin 3 tablespoon Butter

2 Eggs 1 Cup Icing Sugar

3 teaspoon Maida 0.25 Cup Oil

4 drops of Venilla Essence 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Dry Fruits as required

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix butter and pumpkin together and bake it for 15 minutes at 200 Degree.

Step 2 :

Beat the egg with the help of a beater. Then add icing sugar, oil, baked pumpkin, maida, venila essence, baking powder, and mix together nicely. Lastly add some dry fruits.

Step 3 :

Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check the cake with a toothpick inserted in the centre, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Step 4 :

Let the cake cool completely in a pan for around 45 minutes or transfer it to a refrigerator for faster cooling.

Step 5 :

Decorate it with fruits or icing. Serve and enjoy.
