Preparation

Step 1 :

In a small bowl, soak the saffron in a little warm milk and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Cut pista and almond into small pieces and keep aside.

Step 3 :

Put the milk in a non-sticky pan and bring it boil.

Step 4 :

Simmer over a medium flame, stirring continuously till the milk reduces to little less than half the original quantity.

Step 5 :

Add milk powder to boiling milk and stir well at low flame.

Step 6 :

Add kesar in boiling milk and stir well for 10 mins.

Step 7 :

Add Sugar in boiling milk and stir well.

Step 8 :

Add pista and badam in boiling milk.

Step 9 :

Serve in a glass.
