Chop the spinach into tiny pieces. Add it to the Fresho dosa batter and add salt, pinch of soda and mix well.
Step 2 :
Put the dosa tava on a medium flame. Spread butter on it and pour the batter. With a ladle, make a circular shape.
Step 3 :
Keep on the tava until it turns a crispy brown.
Step 4 :
Serve hot.
