For cheesy broccoli soup
In a pressure cooker, add 1tsp oil.
When crackles, add finely chopped Fresho onions.
Let the onions turn golden brown in colour.
Add chopped Fresho broccoli, chopped Fresho tomato/tomato puree, black salt, black pepper and 1 cup of water.
Turn the flame on high and let the water come to a boil.
Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and wait for 2 whistles to blow.
Turn off the flame and churn the soup with a hand blender.
Strain it. Take a pan and add butter. When it melts, add the strained soup and let it boil.
Add milk, coriander and Kraft's cheese slice. Stir continuously. Once done, serve hot with melted Kraft cheese garlic bread.
For Kraft cheese garlic bread
Take a bowl, add butter, garlic, oregano, chilli flakes and microwave it for 1 minute.
Add 1 cube of Kraft's grated cheese cube, 2 tbsp. of milk and microwave it for another 1 minute.
Cut the milk loaf into pieces and spread the cheese garlic spread on the bread slices.
Grate 1 cube of Kraft cheese on the slices and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes till the cheese melts and becomes gooey and bread turns brown and crisp.
Serve the cheesy broccoli soup with Kraft cheese garlic bread, hot and steamy!
