8 pieces Tomatoes 3-4 Cheese Cubes

100 gm Sweet Corn 0.5 tablespoon Oregano

0.5 tablespoon Chilli Flakes 0.5 tablespoon Garlic Powder

0.5 tablespoon Butter Few Sprigs of parsley

Oil to fry

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut the tomatoes into half and deseed them.

Step 2 :

Wash them thoroughly and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Deep fry the tomato discs and keep aside.

Step 4 :

Take a bowl, add butter, parsley, chilli flakes, oregano, sweet corn kernels, garlic powder and grated cheese cubes.

Step 5 :

Add the cheese mixture in each tomato disk and bake them for 5 mins till the cheese melts and becomes gooey.

Step 6 : Garnish with

Chopped parsley and serve hot.
