Preparation
For choco chips shell, take 150 gm all-purpose flour, 100 gm butter of room temperature, 50 gm confectionery sugar, 1tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Take a bowl, sieve all dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Take another bowl, put butter and add sugar. Cream the butter and sugar with the help of electric beater on medium speed up to 3 minutes.
Now add the dry ingredients mixture in this and make a dough.
Add choco chips in this and mix well.
For the brownie, add 100 gm take cocoa powder, 75 gm all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, take 100 gm butter of room temperature, 50 gm brown sugar, 25 gm confectionery sugar in a bowl and cream it with help of electric beater.
After that add all the dry ingredients, 2 spoons of chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and mix well. This mixture consistency should be like a batter.
Now after that take small moulds of any shape
Take lemon size ball of choco chips dough and with the help of fingers press it down and fix it on inner surface of mould to make the shell of pie.
Now fill brownie batter in this up to 3/4 volume of shell. Repeat the same process in other moulds.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes or until the brownie sets in the choco chips shell. Insert a toothpick in it. If it comes clean, it is done
Switch off the oven. Let it cool inside oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
After that, keep all pies on the cooling rack.
When it cools completely, keep it in air tight container. It can be used up to one week. For plating, take a plate, put choco chips brownie pie in it.
Drizzle some chocolate syrup, condensed milk over it.
Sprinkles some walnut and serve it.
