Preparation
Step 1 :
Cut the capsicums and mushroom into thin slices. Remove the edges of 5 bread slices and crumble the remaining parts in a mixi.
Step 2 : Filling
Heat a kadai and add 3 tsp of sunflower oil. Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell has gone. Now add the capsicum pieces one by one and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushroom followed by chaat masala and some salt to taste. Add the bread crumbs and sprinkle some water. Mix well and let cook it for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 : Roast
Heat a tawa and add Fresho Dosa batter. Spread as a thin layer (preferably square shaped). Add ghee on the sides and over the dosa. Let it get cooked to a crispy consistency.
Step 4 :
Spread the filling as a layer in the centre of the dosa. Carefully roll the dosa to wrap the filling. Care should be taken to see that the filling does not come out. Remove from the tawa and let cool for 1-2 minute.
Step 5 :
Place the dosa roll on a chopping board and slice it as one inch thick slices. Arrange the dosa rolls on a plate and serve.
