Add butter in a pan on a medium heat. Add 2 tablespoon flour and keep stirring. Add milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to it.

In a bowl, add the corn, parsley, sauce, grated cheese, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well. The mixture has to be creamy.

Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten the bread using a rolling pin. Stuff the corn mixture and make rolls. Take the remaining 1 tablespoon flour and mix water to make sticky paste. Use this paste to seal the rolls.

Shallow fry the rolls in a pan. Once you bite it, the sauce will ooze out so serve it just as it is.
