Preparation

Step 1 :

Roast flax seeds 1 cup and cool it then make powder out of it.

Step 2 :

Now take a pan put 2 tbl spoon ghee, (roast small pieces of almond n kaju n pista optional) then add sooji 2 tbl spoon fry for 2 mnts until raw smell goes off.

Step 3 :

Add flax seeds powder and sugar powder and badam powder fry for 2 mins

Step 4 :

Finally add 1 spoon ghee, elaichi and saunf powder. If required add little milk to the dough while shaping the laddus.
