Step 1
:
Make a dough by mixing wheat and maida together. Add water as per requirement.
Step 2

Pour some olive oil in pan and add soaked soya granules, salt, oregano and chili flakes. Mix well and add grated paneer in the last. Keep it aside until it cools down.
Step 3

Make paper thin rotis with the dough. Add the mixture inside and close them. Prepare the momos in this manner and keep them aside.
Step 4

Heat a pan and pour mustard oil into it. Remove the pan from the flame after 1 minute.
Step 5

Add ginger, garlic and all the spices. In the last, add hung curd.
Step 6
:
Marinate all the momos with it and put them into heated tandoor. Cook until they turn golden brown. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
