Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat the pan.Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Step 2 :

Add mustard seeds, chopped green chilli, cashew nuts and curry leaves. Fry till it gets golden. Add chopped carrot and beans and fry for 1 minute. Add 1 cup of boiled quinoa.

Step 3 :

Add salt and fry for 1 minute or more.

Step 4 :

Serve hot with raita.
