Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil 1/2 kg fresh spinach and blend smooth with 1 tsp ginger, 5 garlic, 1 chili and salt to taste.

Step 2 :

Add 3 tablespoons or just enough all-purpose flour and make a smooth dough.

Step 3 :

Make out 10-12 medium size balls out of it.

Step 4 :

Press a cheese cube in between.

Step 5 :

Dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs.

Step 6 :

Deep fry the balls.

Step 7 :

Serve hot with ketchup.
