A healthy recipe for children made with buckwheat and raw banana. They love it due to its taste and crispiness. A much better option than junk food!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil raw bananas like potatoes with skin.

Step 2 :

Cool, peel and finely mash it.

Step 3 :

Add buckwheat flour, salt, pepper, ginger, chilli paste and knead a dough using water (only if needed). Do keep some powder aside for rolling.

Step 4 :

Keep oil for frying on the gas.

Step 5 :

Make small balls from the dough and roll it out like a puri, little bigger than the cheese slice.

Step 6 :

Now place a cheese slice over the puri.

Step 7 :

Start rolling the cheese slice and puri together like pinwheel sandwich.

Step 8 :

Secure the sides and top using very little water.

Step 9 :

Deep fry them.

Step 10 : Serve with

Chutney, Sauce, Dips or Curd.
