Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut Gouda cheese cubes into small pieces.

Step 2 :

Mash boiled chole in bowl.

Step 3 :

In bowl, mix mashed chole, boiled chana dal and boiled mashed aloo. Add red chilli powder, chopped onions and make a smooth mixture.

Step 4 :

Take some portion in hand and make round balls.

Step 5 :

Place 3-4 cheese pieces in it and give shape of tikkis.

Step 6 :

On a tawa, spread some and shallow fry these tikkis.

Step 7 :

For serving, in a plate, crumble tikkis with hand, spread dahi, imli (tamarind) ki chutney and pudina chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
