Preparation

Step 1 :

Take 400 grams chicken. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli paste, Chinese salt, pepper powder, salt and red chilli sauce to the chicken and set aside for marination for 30 minutes.

Step 2 :

After 30 minutes, add food colouring powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour (maida), and egg into it and mix it well.

Step 3 :

In one kadai, deep fry the chicken in oil till it cooks properly.

Step 4 :

Take one pizza bread, apply butter and readymade pizza sauce. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and put the fried chicken pieces on top until it covers the pizza. Add the sliced capsicum and onions and sprinkle some grated cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 5 :

Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese melts.
