Preparation
Boil water in a sauce pan for 5 minutes.
After it starts boiling, add pasta and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let it simmer on medium flame for another 10 minutes. After it is cooked, remove it from pan add in some cold water so that they do not stick with each other.
Again boil water in sauce pan and let the water heat for 1 minute. Add Maggie noodles. Let it boil for another 1 minute and then add the tastemaker. Stir well and turn off the flame after it is done.
Wash the vegetables and start chopping onions, carrot, green chilis, tomato, mushroom, coriander leaves.
Add 4 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil in a pan. Let it heat slightly. Add ginger and garlic paste. Add onion, mushroom, capsicum stir for 2 minutes. When it starts turning slightly brown, add carrot, green chilies, tomato and let them fry for another 5 minutes. Also, keep stirring in the middle of the pan so that all the upper and bottom layers get equally cooked. Let them turn a bit brownish in colour.
Now it is time to throw the water from the pan in which pasta was cooling down. Toast and stir the mixture well. Add 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Add 2 teaspoon of tomato sauce, soya sauce, and chili sauce. Stir well on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
Grate the cheese and it keep in a bowl.
Heat a heavy tawa or pan. Spread about 2 teaspoons of cheese on it. Keep the flame at its lowest.
Place bread slice on it. You can keep 1 to 2 breads at a time depending upon the size of the tawa or pan.
Lightly toast the bread from the base and then flip it.
Now quickly spread some pizza sauce on the lightly toasted side.
Put some grated cheese on it to form a layer.
Then add that cooked Maggie on it forming a layer.
Then add the pasta mixture forming another layer on top of Maggie layer.
Now make another final top layer with the grated cheese.
Keep the flame at its lowest. Cover the tawa with a lid. Let the tawa be covered with the lid till the cheese melts and the bread is toasted (keep a very sharp eye on it as it should not overheat).
Take out the cheesy fills from the tawa with the help a spatula and place it on a serving plate.
Garnish the cheesy yum fills with some more grated cheese on the top of it. Sprinkle some red chili flakes or oregano if you wish. Serve it hot plain or accompanied with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and coriander leaves. Sit back and enjoy!
