Bachelor's Diet Fruit and Nut Biriyani

A diet biriyani, helpful for people who have cholesterol and cannot eat normal biriyani with ghee. It has the goodness of olive oil, rice, fresh fruits, dry fruits and curd.

Step 1 :

Cut apple into small slices.

Step 2 :

Cut the dry fruits into small pieces.

Step 3 :

Slice onion into thin slices.

Step 4 :

Boil rice and 2 eggs separately and keep aside.

Step 5 :

In a non-stick pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 6 :

Add the onion slices and sauté till it becomes transparent. Add the apple slices and dry fruits and chilli slices and salt as per taste. Sauté.

Step 7 :

Add curd and 3 – 4 teaspoons of biriyani mix and sauté.

Step 8 :

Mix the boiled rice in pan and top it with boiled egg slices on the top with coriander leaves.

Step 9 :

Sprinkle some rose water for fragrance.
