Gluten Free Momos

Everyone loves momos, but folks intolerant to gluten cannot consume it because of the casing. This version is a gluten free version with no oil!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mince boneless chicken in a grinder with ginger, garlic and chillies.

Step 2 :

Once done, remove the meat and add salt.

Step 3 :

Place two spinach leaves like a cross and add a small quantity of the minced meat in the centre of both leaves.

Step 4 :

Wrap the leaf vertically and horizontally and use toothpicks to seal.

Step 5 :

Steam in the steamer for 3 minutes!

Step 6 :

Serve with soy, chilli, schezwan or Sriracha Sauce!
