Mango, Orange and Mint Smoothie

Mango is a fruit loved by everyone while orange is a tangy, delightful citrus product of nature. Mint is known for its refreshing, body-cooling and medicinal properties.When all these three are blended together, along with pumpkin seeds and oats, into a power-packed smoothie, how can it not be decadent? Make this healthy smoothie your go-to summer refreshment.

Step 1 :

Roast the Oats and Pumpkin Seeds on low heat for 2-3 minutes.Take the mixture out on a plate and let it cool down to room temperature.Grind into a fine powder.

Step 2 :

In a blender jar, combine the diced mangoes,orange juice, milk, oats and pumpkin power and 1/2 tbsp mint leaves. Blend till everything is combined properly.

Step 3 :

Add sugar if required and check consistency.If it is too thick then add a little more milk.Blend to a smoothie consistency.

Step 4 :

Pour into glasses or smoothie cups.

Step 5 :

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Top your glasses with the remaining mint leaves and serve.
