Ingredients

2 pieces Mango - Alphonso 200 ml Cream

0.5 Cup Sugar 0.25 teaspoon Powder - Cardamom

0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 5 tablespoon Milk

5 tablespoon Tutti Frutti

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Chop the mangoes and put them into a bowl. Add sugar and cardmon powder and grind well in a grinder.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, take fresh cream and whip it till soft peaks form, add in the mango mixture and mix well until combined.

Step 3 :

Add in the milk and beat till soft. Fold in the tutti frutti.

Step 4 :

Pour this mixture into a freezer-proof lid container or an aluminum tin, and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 5 :

Freeze for 45 minutes, then take it out, mix well with a hand beater until smooth. Transfer into the freezer once again and repeat the same procedure after 45 minutes; do this 3-4 times.

Step 6 :

Lastly, freeze for 6 to 8 hours, after which your ice-cream is ready to be gorged upon.

Step 7 :

Before serving, remove from the freezer for sometime and then serve.
