Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a grinder, grind ginger, mint leaves, basil leaves, peppercorns, cardamom seeds from a pod, a clove and coriander seeds.

Step 2 :

In a vessel, boil water and add the ground mixture to it while it boils.

Step 3 :

Boil it for 2 minutes and add tea leaves to it. Switch off the flame and close the vessel.

Step 4 :

In a separate pot, boil milk and add cinnamon stick to it. Allow it to infuse with the milk.

Step 5 :

Now, pour the milk into the vessel with tea leaves and let it brew for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Strain the tea, add sugar if needed and serve it.
