A rich and creamy dessert packed with protein and lower in calories for a healthier treat.

Cooking Steps

Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Step 1 :

In a blending jar, crumble some pieces of silken tofu and blend it to get a smooth creamy thick paste.

Step 2 :

Add this paste to the melted chocolate and mix it into a smooth lump-free mixture.

Step 3 :

If you like more sweetness then add some honey to it, else skip the step.

Step 4 :

Transfer the prepared mixture into serving cups.

Step 5 :

Add some more melted dark chocolate to create a top cover for the serving cups. Sprinkle some sea salt over them.

Step 6 :

Place the cups in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the mousse sets perfectly.

Step 7 :

You can optionally even add some whipped cream over the mousse.

Step 8 :

Once the mousse is set, remove it from the refrigerator and serve chilled.
