This is a unique fusion tea recipe that is prepared in a clay pot.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Place all the spices in a hand grinder and grind it into a fine powder.

Step 2 :

Boil the milk and add the spice mix. Allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add cocoa powder and honey for sweetness, boil it for another 5-7 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, take a clay pot and heat it on the stove for 5-7 minutes or until it changes colour.

Step 5 :

Strain the tea into another vessel and set aside.

Step 6 :

Once the clay pot is heated enough, remove it from the stove. Now, take a large bowl, place the pot in it and pour the tea in the pot.

Step 7 :

Your tea is now ready, serve it hot.
