Vegetable Oats Omelette is a dosa dish, rich in fiber and vitamins. It is an easy to cook dish. It has mushrooms in it which is very rich in protein and calcium.

Step 1 :

Wash and cut all the vegetables and set it aside.

Step 2 :

Mix 1 cup of Oats in 2 cups of dosa batter. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3 :

In a pan, add in the cut vegetables and stir fry it for about 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Once semi-cooked, add salt, chilli powder and garam masala to it. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5 :

Transfer the cooked vegetables in a bowl and set aside.

Step 6 :

Now, pour the batter in the pan. Add the cooked vegetables on it and pour a little oil around the batter. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Step 7 :

Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a plate and serve it with sauce.
