Crispy Corn Kernels is a snack recipe that will be loved by all. It is mouth-watering yet filling at the same time.

Step 1 :

Boil corn kernels for 4-5 minutes and drain the water, ensure the kernels are dry. If not use a napkin to dry excess water.

Step 2 :

Add corn flour to it and mix well, do not add water. If required add 5 to 10 drops of water to coat the flour well on the corns.

Step 3 :

In a kadai, heal oil. Deep fry the corn kernels in it till golden brown.

Step 4 :

Transfer the fried corn kernels in a bowl, ensure there is no excess oil on it, dab it with a napkin if needed.

Step 5 :

Add chopped spring onions leaves, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt to it. Mix it well for the flavours to incorporate.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with lemon juice and give it a final toss before serving it.
