Chocolate Orange Lava Cake has a hint of orange to finish off any meal in style. It is a perfect dessert, after a romantic dinner.

Step 1 :

Melt the bar of orange dark chocolate with butter on low heat or using the double boiler method. Chop the bar roughly into smaller pieces for it to melt quicker.

Step 2 :

Let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisk vigorously for 3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Add maida, salt, vanilla extract and orange juice to it. Gently, fold the mixture to make a smooth batter.

Step 5 :

Pour the batter into a 3 inch buttered ramekin and bake at 400° F in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Once done, let it cool for 2 minutes and invert it on a plate.

Step 7 :

Dust it with cocoa powder.

Step 8 :

Eat while it is still warm and filled with the goodness of gooey chocolate.
