Simple yet indulgent coconut chocolate fudge cake that is heartwarming and delicious in taste.

Step 1 :

Desiccate the coconut and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Take the white chocolate slab, roughly chop it and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Put butter in a mixing bowl in the form of cubes.

Step 4 :

Allow the butter to melt completely before mixing the white chocolate pieces in the bowl.

Step 5 :

Soak cashew nuts and almonds in water for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 :

Make a nut paste using a mixer grinder.

Step 7 :

Add the nuts paste to the butter and chocolate bowl.

Step 8 :

Now, add desiccated coconut to the bowl and mix well.

Step 9 :

Add baking soda, mix and pour it into a greased baking tray.

Step 10 :

Bake it for 30-35 minutes at 160° C. Check with a skewer after 25-30 minutes.

Step 11 :

Enjoy this cake hot!
