This is a simple fudgy, nutty, chocolaty, dessert recipe that will melt in your mouth. It is easy to assemble and prepare.

Step 1 : To prepare the ganache

In a vessel, bring fresh cream to a boil using the double boiler method.

Step 2 :

Add chopped dark chocolate pieces and butter to it, keep it for 2 minutes.

Step 3 :

After 2 minutes, with a whisk, mix the melted chocolate into the boiled cream to form a smooth paste. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

Step 4 : To make the fudge

Crumble cake slices and set it aside.

Step 5 :

Add the cake crumbs into the ganache and fold it in.

Step 6 :

Add chopped nuts to this mixture and fold.

Step 7 :

In a tray, line butter paper. Scoop out the mixture into balls and place it on the butter paper.

Step 8 :

Now, place it in the fridge overnight.

Step 9 :

Serve it chilled as dessert, the next day.
