This is an easy to make drink, chia seeds are highly nutritious, gluten-free and a good source of calcium.

Step 1 :

Heat a cup of water in a vessel.

Step 2 :

Take a tea cup, add honey, cinnamon powder and chia seeds in it.

Step 3 :

Mix the ingredients to combine well, it will form into a paste.

Step 4 :

To the prepared paste, add 1/4th cup of normal water and mix well.

Step 5 :

Now, add boiled water to it and mix well.

Step 6 :

Rest it for 5 minutes and enjoy the drink.
