Easter Chocolate Brownies

This brownie is a simple recipe, tastes delicious and can be prepared for special occasions.

Step 1 :

In a glass bowl, add roughly chopped pieces of dark chocolate and butter.

Step 2 :

In a vessel, add water on medium heat and allow it to boil.

Step 3 :

Reduce the flame to low and place the glass bowl in the water and stir to ensure the contents of the bowl are melted completely.

Step 4 :

In the other bowl, add brown sugar, eggs and powdered sugar. Whisk it for 10 minutes till it forms a smooth batter.

Step 5 :

Add the contents from both the bowls in one bowl and mix it together.

Step 6 :

Now, add cocoa powder, vanilla essence and maida to it and mix it well until it blends.

Step 7 :

Preheat the oven at 180° C, meanwhile grease your baking tray with butter, place butter paper in and around the edges. Add butter to the butter paper after placing it in the tray.

Step 8 :

Transfer the batter into the pan, ensure the batter is spread evenly. Fill the batter a little more than half.

Step 9 :

Once the oven has preheated, place the tray in it and let it cook for 30 minutes at 180° C.

Step 10 :

Once done, let it cool for 15 minutes and cut it into squares.
