Chocolate Custard Parfait is a layered dessert and can be eaten at any time of the day.

Step 1 : To prepare custard

Boil milk in a vessel, add 4 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp of custard powder in it.

Step 2 :

Cool the custard and allow it to rest in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Step 3 :

Beat the chilled custard for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Crumble the chocolate sponge cake and make a first layer in a transparent glass.

Step 5 :

Next, add chilled and beaten custard into the glass. Layer it with dark chocolate and then the ice cream.

Step 6 :

Add few drops of vanilla essence and repeat all the layers again.

Step 7 :

And keep it in a freeze for about 2 hours.

Step 8 :

Garnish it with dry fruits and serve the chilled pudding.
