Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Soak the chana in warm water overnight.

Step 2 :

Pressure cook the soaked chana with salt for 5 whistles.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and chopped green chillies and let it crackle.

Step 4 :

Add the cooked chana and mix well.

Step 5 :

Cook it for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Lastly, garnish with grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot.
