Potato Noodles Kebab

This dish is very easy to make and tasty. It can be serve as starter in any party.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Boil the noodles with a tsp of oil, salt and water.

Step 2 :

Strain excess water. Sprinkle corn flour on the noodles and dry it.

Step 3 :

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion and grated carrot. Saute it for few minutes.

Step 4 :

Add boiled mashed potatoes, salt, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5 :

Cool this mixture for few minutes and then make kebabs out of it. Insert a long stick/skewers inside each kebab.

Step 6 :

Wrap the kebabs with boiled noodles and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.

Step 7 :

Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs till crispy.

Step 8 :

Sprinkle mixed herbs and chat masala on the kebabs and serve hot.
