The bell pepper poppers are loved by all and it can be a favorite party snack.

Step 1 :

Wash, deseed and cut bell peppers length wise in a shape of a boat/cup so that the filling can be stuffed in easily.

Step 2 : To make the filling

In a vessel, boil potatoes well. Once done, peel of the skin and mash the potatoes well.

Step 3 :

To the potatoes, add paneer, jalapeno slices, garlic powder, black pepper powder, chat masala, red chilli powder and mixed Italian herbs.

Step 4 :

Take a spoonful of the filling and fill in the bell peppers one by one with the mixture.

Step 5 :

Add some grated cheese on the top of the bell pepper and brush it with oil for grilling.

Step 6 :

Place them in the tandoor/oven and grill it for 20 minutes.

Step 7 :

Once the cheese is melted and the bell peppers have become little soft, take them out from oven and serve them with a dip of your choice.
